At Sundial Solar everything we do is considered a sales & marketing exercise. When installing solar systems the goal is to be able to post pics of the installation on our website and on social media. This ensures that no short cuts are taken and the teams work is perfectly neat. But what happens after the install? That’s when the real sales & marketing exercise begins.
Many solar clients especially in the residential market don’t understand how to use their apps and how to see what is being bought from the grid and how much energy the solar system is producing. Batteries are no longer needed for load shedding, batteries are now the suns stored energy to be used at night. We analyse our clients consumption and offer regular advise on how to get the most saving out of their systems. We show our clients when the grid has been used, what time of day or night and how to avoid this use. The goal is to be able to get the batteries to last for the duration of the night until the sun comes up and charges them to full. Keeping an eye on so many systems can be costly but the reward is that you are always on the top of mind of your happy clients and they are very keen to refer you to their friends and family as well as other business owners looking to save money with a solar system.
