The sales cycle begins when the installation finishes!

Adding finishing touches to a Fox EVO system in Durbanville. Now is when the sales cycle begins in. After sales is sales. So often I hear of solar system owners who have no idea what their system is doing or how much it’s saving. They don’t know if their battery will last long enough if needed and they have no idea how much it’s shaving off their bill. Our team make sure to send daily pics of the solar production as well as how much grid dependance there still is. (If any at all.) We walk our clients through the app again and again as they forget and it can be confusing. An uninformed client is an unhappy client. We consider everything we do as a marketing and sales effort. We never want to hear that one of our clients can’t remember who their installer was. We keep in contact with our clients offering continued advise as to how to get the most out of their system and we know in return this is the best money we could ever spend on marketing. The sales cycle begins at the end of the installation!
